Hesperian’s Gratis Books Program
The Gratis Book Program is a volunteer-led initiative that promotes Hesperian’s mission to make health information accessible for all by distributing health resources to communities that can not afford to purchase them.
Last year, the program sent free health books to volunteers and community-based organizations in 29 countries, including remote Indigenous communities in Guatemala.
This year, an anonymous donor is matching donations from Returned Peace Corps Volunteers up to $3,000 for the Gratis Book Program, ensuring that your support goes even further.
