Revisions and New Editions
Hesperian books are revised each time they are printed, helping to ensure they remain as accurate, up-to-date and useful as possible. In these revisions we correct factual errors, improve illustrations that book users find problematic, and add or update information on illnesses and their treatments, especially regarding new or newly accessible pharmaceuticals.
In addition, during the first few years of a book's publication, we carry out a rigorous review of all aspects of the book, making significant revisions based on reader and partner comments.
